THE CONFERENCE CENTER OF AFRICAN UNION is a site in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. Addis Ababa is the political and economic center of Ethiopia, with 120 international delegations and embassies, which is at the forefront of African international diplomacy. The African Union headquarters and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa are also based here. The African Union Conference Center is one of China's key aid projects to Africa, at a cost of US $200 million. It is also the largest aid project of the Chinese government to Africa after the Tanzania-Zambia railway.
