Shanghai Center
Shanghai Tower, a giant high-rise landmark skyscraper in Shanghai, People's Republic of China with the designed height exceeding the nearby Shanghai World Financial Center, covers an area of 433,954 square meters with a main building of 119 floors, whose total height is 632 meters and structure height is 580 meters. Its parking space for motor vehicles is arranged underground and can hold 2,000 vehicles. On November 29, 2008, the pile foundation of the main building of the Shanghai Tower was started. As of March 12, 2016, the overall construction of the Shanghai Tower was officially completed. From April 26, 2017, Top of Shanghai Observatory on Floor 118 was opened to the public formally. On January 6, 2020, it will be selected in the list of the top ten new landmark buildings in Shanghai.
